Editor fails to initialize toolbars with Safari

Testing  http://www.fckeditor.net/demo with Safari (both MacOsX and Windows, recent nightly and another older one), the third toolbar isn't loaded and in the JS console there's an error: "undefined value", line 36 of the compressed code.

Loading sample01.html from the uncompressed trunk seems to work fine.

What an unfortunate thing! It shows that as much as we test, it is never enough.

I've fixed it with [1017]. I had to update the demo with this fix, so it loads properly. I'll be updating the beta distribution package, just to avoid delusion with this so wanted feature.
