Parsing of fckstyles.xml fails if there are no <style> nodes

Description

There's no check to verify that the user hasn't removed all the nodes and then there are errors everytime you click on the editor.

Fixed on trunk with [1049]. It needs to be fixed on the branch.

All pending changes will be merged to the branch right before release, by a selective analysis of changesets in the history log. This is why we are not coming with big changes to the code right now.

We should always use the trunk as the reference for the tickets state, so we can fix this one right now.
