Undo button undoing multiple events in IE6

The Undo button in version 2.3 undos multiple events, e.g.:

If one types:

text
text 1
text 2
text 3

Deletes character "1" and then clicks "Undo", character "1" is undeleted and line "text 3" vanishes.

This behavior does not occur in Firefox 1.5, where only character "1" in undeleted.
