I'm confirming this task.

Personally I think names like F1-F12 are so common that there is no need to translate them. Even non-technical people are rather familiar with them. What is more common "Function Key 1" or F1? I would leave it as is.

ASCII - American Standard Code for Information Interchange. I don't think there is much sense in translating this. As the name is not very much self-explanatory, I would rather change it to "ASCII encoding" and translate "encoding" word only.

ID - hmm... as technical person I'm familiar with this but I'm not sure if users are and this message is displayed in UI in dialogs. The translation should, at least briefly, explain what “id” is for. Perhaps changing it to "id (unique name)" would be good idea?
