Using the perl connector.cgi clicking the "search server" button in the create/edit image|link dialogs causes blow up of the browser window (mozilla firefox 2.0.0.7 Linux).

"explode" is a rather vague term, could you please explain better the problem?

If it is a crash then you should file a bug in  http://bugzilla.mozilla.org so they can find out what's the problem (after all a page shouldn't be able to crash a browser)

I'm sure it is referring to a browser crash. This is something that must be verified at our side, possibly introducing a workaround or even filling a Bugzilla ticket if we CantFix it.

  • summary changed from "search server" in "image" and "link" dialog explodes browser window - using connector.cgi (perl) to FF/Linux : Browser crash on "Browse Server"

I found the error: It's the one between chair and screen.. :o))

"Exploded" (to large for the screen) was the error message anouncing a bad configured path in my personal configuration file which lost compatibility.

So this ticket can be closed. I can't do - your turn :o))

Sorry for the trouble.
