Safari: Enter is not working at the end of styled paragraph

Description

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load the following HTML: 
<p><b>Testing</b></p>
  1. Place the cursor at the end of the text;
  2. Hit Enter.

The caret will not move, but the new paragraph is being created. It is enough to switch to Source View to see it.
