Safari : Panel and button are not fused for color selectors in RTL

Description
Steps to Reproduce
- Open sample03.html.
- Select the "Arabic" language.
- Click in a color selector in the toolbar.
Note that the button and the panel are not fused like in LTR. The panel border is still visible.
