Opera: Toolbar collapse/expand doesn't work propely

When collapsing the toolbar everything works fine, however if you want to expand it back it is displayed in a wrong place. The bottom border of the editing disappears.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press toolbar collapse button

2. Press tollbar expand button

3. Notice that the toolbar has moved down. An empty field is also present above and below the toolbar. It is hard to see it when the page background is set to white, so try to change the background of the page to see all issues of the bug.

Confirmed. Problem highly annoying when collapsing expanding toolbar. Still present with Opera 9.50 beta Build 9841 and Nightly Version of FCKEditor as of today.
