Description
I downloaded fckeditor-java-demo-2.4.war application from your site and it seems that it does not have the FCKeditor.tld file in it.

the tld is packaged in the java-core.jar in Servlet 2.4 the TLD is extracted automatically. So your server and your webapp have to run servlet 2.4.
Your weblogic server runs 2.3 only.
