Description
The Edit Form function doesn't works, which make certain related feature like Form Properties on Context Menu failed too.

I've accidentally fixed the same issue in the patch to #3008. So marking this as a dup.

The bug is reduced to be about Form using a incorrect element detection logic, being a special element in the form control series which should not share the same logic with others on this.
