Incorrect font and font size detection in IE

Description
To reproduce:
- Open replacebyclass.html in IE.
- Select "You".
- Change the font size to 8.
- Select "You are using".
- Change the font size to 16.
- Move the caret to inside "You" by clicking on it.
- While the font size is visually 16, a size of 8 is displayed in the size combo.
Similarly, selecting "Arial" in step 3 with the font combo and then "Comic Sans MS" in step 5 would also result in wrong font detection.

I still see the reported issue from the latest nightly build. So i have reopened the ticket. Now this issue is happening in all three browsers(IE, FF and Safari).

I can confirm this. It happens with the compressed code only, not the development SVN code.
