Tab Key using Internet Explorer

The behavior of tab key in FireFox is very good for basic users. Can do this in Internet Explorer ?

Can you be more descriptive with the way you expect the tab key to behave (all situations). Thanks.

Behavior description of TAB key in Internet Explorer:

Inside the table cell, when pressed move to the next cell column, if last column and last row then add a new row in the table and move to next cell row.

Outside the table, when pressed, acts like the "config.js" tabspaces.
