Broken drop shadow on Office2003 and v2 theme

Description

I've had this occur on multiple PC's in IE7. When the editor is loaded from an empty cache, it occurs http://i33.tinypic.com/2d002h3.gif

After the editor loads and I press F5, it fixes itself http://i33.tinypic.com/jl2d89.gif

Forgot to mention, this occurs with both the Office2003 and v2 theme, which both have drop shadows on the dialog boxes.
