Can not undo 'formatted' paragraph format

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open nightly build
2. Add some text
3. Apply 'formatted' paragraph foramt
4. Use undo
Result: The format action is not undone.
For other paragraph format options the undo action does undo the formatting.
