Upload files with umlaut are translated in HTML special characters

Hi,

When you upload a image with umlauts with FCKeditor, you can select the file with the file chooser, and the file is displayed correct. When you insert the file into a document, the original image name will be translated from /sciret/uploads/editor/image/ääääää.jpg to /sciret/uploads/editor/image/ääääää.jpg as example.

The problem exist also in the latest trunk version.

Tested it with Linux and Windows OS, With Firefox and Internet Explorer
