Description
On 3.3.x branch, when using Tab key to focus the editor, notice that the cursor is not blinking.

Opera affected also, when focus document with empty content (e.g. New Page), Opera will put the cursor directly under HTML, which cause the subsequent created content outside body.

The patch is to be applied on 3.3.x branch which contains #3593.

Note that this bug also affects Safari, but occurs only when focus is been manually set, e.g. in 'New Page' command.
