It's impossible to move under a table with enterMode br

Steps to reproduce
- Load an empty editor with enterMode br.
- Create a table.
Try to move under the table with the cursor or the arrows, it is impossible.

The status is fixed in CKeditor 4.x.
We have introduced magic line plugin that allows inserting line breaks into such areas. Please see http://nightly.ckeditor.com/14-04-17-06-05/full/samples/plugins/magicline/magicline.html.

In IE8 and IE9 when creating the table in enterMode_BR it is impossible to get out this table. You can't move cursor neither under the table nor above it.
In IE7, IE6 and Opera when creating the table in enterMode_BR it is impossible to move the cursor above the table.
Reproducible from CKEditor 3.0.
