error when trying to upload images

Description
I get an error when I'm trying to upload image with a second instance of ckEditor. I have a page with two ckeditors. I tried to upload image with the two of them and I get an error only in the second one:

Could you let me know how exactly did you integrate CKFinder with CKEditor? Please paste the code that you have used, if possible. I'm having troubles with reproducing it locally.
Did you perhaps write any custom plugin / extra code for CKEditor or CKFinder?
