Description
There're part of users that doesn't understand the benefit of the auto paragraphing feature, but still want to stay paragraph enterMode, so we could provide a configuration to disable it at least.

- The configuration is "true" by default, which is wrong. The current behavior should be the default.
- Let's have a simpler and shorter configuration name: autoParagraph

The "onSelectionChangeFixBody" now consist of multiple other fixes, we'd be more precise when applying the config.

The configuration should affect html parser also, otherwise after switching between modes it will have no effect.
