Unresponsive script when loading template containing invalid html markup

Description

When loading a html template containing some meta tags inside the html body, ckeditor becomes unresponsive and after a while browser shows a message that a script is unresponsive and should be stopped - experienced in Firefox 3.6.13, IE8 and Chrome 8

Version: 3.53.1

Code from sample html, pasted into CKEditor v3.0 is interpreted well in CKEditor WYSIWYG mode. Since V.3.1, memory buffer overflow is thrown. After i try to reload page - result in chrome as on attached screen.
