Detached toolbar sometimes fails to resize properly

I've noticed that the more FCKeditors there are on a page the more likely it is that the toolbar fails to properly resize to it's final size in IE6.

I.e. if you load the attached version of sample10.html where I added 7 more editors it's quite likely that the toolbar will have a height of 30 pixels whereas it should really be 76 for 3 toolbar rows.

The same page works fine in Firefox 1.5.0.6, even though it's very slow to load.
