Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.

consequent spaces in table caption

Description

Table dialog caption field doesn't allow multiple consequent whitespaces to be inserted, they will collapse into one single.

Reproducible in all browsers.

Please note that we talk about spaces pressed in WYSIWYG mode. User expects editor to change white spaces into   so that output matched what user has entered.
