[IE] Undo when table is selected results in an error (still causing)

Description
at Demo site (http://ckeditor.com/demo) I suppose this is v3.6.2. The original ticket(#7002) is closed but it still causing script error on IE.
- insert table
- change something
- select table
- undo

Step 3 change something: E.g. increase width of table with mouse.
I have reopened #7002 as it is still not fixed in IE8 thus closing this one as DUP of #7002
