Description
Paste buttons are disabled after deselecting text by clicking inside selection.
Reproducible in: IE9, IE8, IE7 with CKEditor 4.0.1 and 3.6.4
Reproduce steps:
- Write some text and select it.
- Deselect the text by clicking (one time) inside the selection.

This problem has first occurred in CKEditor 3.5.1 rev. [6371]. It exists also in CKEditor 4.x v4. It can be reproduced in all versions of IE.
Please note that when you have a selection that holds other elements than text e.g. link or bold text and you click on one of these elements, paste buttons will be disabled for slight moment and then will enable. This is probably happening because other toolbar buttons are enabled (bold, unlink etc.).
